Kitty Waung is not trust worthy, we had a really bad experience with her. She put an offer on our house and then she walked out of the offer without a valid reason using as an excuse the home inspection. Just a few hours before cancelling the offer, she was saying everything was okay, just a few things to fix, and a couple of hours later she sent a text message to my agent cancelling the offer because she was not not satisfied with the inspection and asking us to return the deposit.
