Kevin was able to get out home on the market right away. We called him as he was recommended by 2 other friends. We called him at 1:00pm he came over at 5:00 measured our home gave us an estimate of what we could expect. We signed the paperwork. He had out home on the MLS the next day including the pictures he had taken. He presented us with offers 3 days later and we received $22,000 over list price. There were 4 competing offers. Kevin was there every step of the way to explain the documents we were being asked to sign. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch agent.
