Conflict of interest with Developer while acting as Strata Council president , failure to disclose his relationship to owners, his actions conceaedl building defects from owners. Cannot be trusted as an agent, development manager or strata council member. My advise is to stay clear of any projects associated with Kevin Blackwell or his new business TRC Projects LTD.
