He talks a lot and provides a lot of unnecessary background and old stories. He tried to push our budget (300K over budget!!!) by scarring us on the market trends and that we will never find a house within our budget and location. Marketing skills are not current and website needs work. He was not able to sell the house regardless of us doing everything he recommended (e.g. stagging). He did not maintain the property or made sure it was presentable. He is very punctual and provides background information on the house. However, he does not gives you access to mlx and chooses which houses to point out to you (which are usually over budget).
