OK is this guy for real ? We waited outside a property for him to show us, he was 45 minutes late. He tried to brush it off by blaming it on the weather. Well it was + 25 out, not a cloud in the sky and the roads were quiet at 2:00 pm. I am very confident that he was drunk when he got to the property, he fumbled around for 10 minutes to get us in. He had an extremely strong odour of alcohol on his breath and he was slurring his words. I would strongly advise anyone that I know or do not Know for that matter to stay well away from this individual.
