I was very impressed with Kelly-Rae Brooks enthusiasm, communication skills, her understanding of the housing market in my area and her professional demeanor. Prior to meeting her, I had listed my house with another agent for six months with no results. I decided to be more selective the second time around and also to ask more questions. Kelly-Rae has addressed all my concerns and made me comfortable enough to sign with her. It turned out to be the best decision after all. Kelly-Rae sold my house in a slow market at the price that I wanted and in a short time frame. I was impressed with our home being sold, but was also in a panic as we needed to find ourselves a new home in 45 days. She understood what we were looking for and she fulfilled every aspect of it including the price, location and within the time frame that we asked for. I was so impressed with her service, her professionalism and her skills as a Realtor that I referred her to my parents, and she also sold my parents house right at the first Open House within 7 hours at the price they wanted. She is a fantastic person to work with, she gives out positive energy, and she understands the stress a seller and a buyer has to go through. She was there every step of the way, very helpful and supportive. I would recommend her to anyone who wants great results.

Kelly-Rae recently handled the listing of our home and I can honestly say she "left no stone unturned" in her efforts. She was on-the-job everday - following leads, holding open-houses etc. and immediately keeping me informed of "where things stood. Her interest and enthusiasm was much appreciated; it made the whole experience very pleasent and stress-free. Kelly-Rae was innovative in her approach but still covered all the conventions of a professional realtor. I would recommend her to anyone who wants excellent and friendly service.

We highly recommend that you engage Kelly-Rae Brooks as your Real Estate specialist when you decide to list your home. On our initial meeting, we discussed the attractive features of our home, including property highlights, the neighbourhood amenities and how these features would be marketed. We also discussed what we considered a reasonable price for the listing, based on previous sales and the features of our home, including all recent updates. The most important upgrades we had recently made including roofing, insulation, furnace, windows, and doors, all in keeping with energy savings. Kelly-Rae made very helpful suggestions about how to stage our home to optimize the attractive features and space to appeal to the maximum number of prospective purchasers Most importantly, as an agent she has excellent communication skills keeping us apprised of possible purchasers after each open house, which were held almost every weekend until we had a firm purchase offer. As a result, we had a timely sale of our home at an acceptable price in a difficult market. In similar circumstances, we would definitely list our home with Kelly-Rae Brooks.
