Last year we closed a commercial land real estate deal with our chosen realtor, Kazi Hossain. We were impressed with his professionally prepared brochure on the property which showed that he had done his homework He assured us that he could sell our property, but he also said realistically commercial properties take time to find the correct buyer and time to allow the buyer to fully investigate what can be done with the property. This was exactly the case, but Kazi kept in touch with us on the progress throughout and met with me several times. About a year and a half later, after a few offers the commercial property was sold by Kazi and we were pleased with the result. We would definitely deal with Kazi again.

It is a genuine pleasure and honour for me to recommend Kazi Hossain. Kazi was my real estate agent and through his hard work and patience, was able to fulfill to find me the home that I desired. Not only did he find me a beautiful house, but he also found my brother his dream condo. Having very high standards and expectations, he relentlessly showed me many houses over a span of well over 1 year until we found what I was looking for. From my first impact with Kazi, he fully demonstrated his tenure taking the time to listen to my requirements. He was well organized and thrived under adversity, refusing to give up in finding me "my home". I can easily recall various difficult accounts in this search of mine, but he constantly kept a sharp eye on the market and encouraged me. It is evident that Kazi firmly believes that the satisfaction of a client is the ultimate goal to achieve. I believe this quality is what will always bring him success. In closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending Kazi and I truly believe that he is certainly one of the best in his field.
