Honesty is really lacking. I have found that she appears nice in person, but you don't really know what kind of house you getting from her. She has not been honest in her past business dealings with other companies. I would beware of this real estate agent.

After using Kathy to buy and sell now on my 4th property I can't imagine ever using someone else she goes above and beyond for every one of her clients. Without a doubt the best realtor I've ever had the privilege to work with.

I will not recommend this realtor at all. She is a liar and dishonest. Her name was given to us by a co-worker who had never worked with her. She was always late, always had excuses, told us she had sold our house for a certain amount and then on signing day, told us the amount was actually 1500k less than original amount. She also told us she would make up the amount to us and never did. She is a scammer.
