I originally listed my Hamilton townhouse with another Realtor in Hamilton and unfortunately it sat on the market for over 3 months with very little activity. So I decided to take it off the market and find another agent to take care of my business. Through my network of contacts I was referred to Karen. After speaking to her on a number of occasions I decided to re-list my property with her. She spent a lot of time with me discussing different marketing strategies that will help get this property sold this time around. She also suggested things that I needed to do to make the property more appealing to potential buyers. I did my part and Karen certainly did her part as she brought an offer to the table in 2 days after it was listed! That was very impressive and it was a huge relief off my shoulder. Karen is an extreme professional backed with many years of experience and most importantly cares for her clients and really takes care of business. There is no doubt that I will continue to do business with her and send her referrals whenever I can.
