Karen EASTHOPE is the epitome of outstanding customer service, definitely above and beyond the expectations of any customer. Her role went beyond "realtor" in that she went through the entire new-home purchase experience with us, acting as a liaison to the home builder and other trades and professionals. She was our guide and interpreter, advising us of which questions to ask, pointing out other obscure considerations that resulted in our satisfaction..."did you consider this? ..."
