Mr. Tesolin places ads on Kijiji claiming to have clients looking for properties in specific areas of Edmonton. Attempts to contact him via email asking for more info are ignored, making one wonder, does he really have clients or is he trolling for listings. Any realtor who is using the internet to find houses that are not listed should not be entitled to 100% commission on a sale where the listing was obtained under these circumstances and the realtor is acting as the agent for both the seller and the buyer. This practice makes all realtors look like they can not or should not be trusted.
