Terrible experience with this individual. He had listed our house at his suggested price and had his assistants hold an open house...the open house was advertised in the local paper a week after the open house was held! We constantly had to chase after him for feedback and he was extremely difficult to get a hold of. After 3 months with no offers the contract ended. We took the house off the market and relisted three months later with another agent who happened to be an old friend of my husbands'. Mr Dias was extremely bitter with our decision to go with another realtor. Beware this man! He is untrustworthy and very poor at his job!
