As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed with questions about processes, financing, how to choose a dream home, etc. Knowing I was interested in buying a property within the next year or so, I met John at the end of June 2014 so that he could guide me through the realities of buying a home and help me understand all of the different factors I will need to consider (financial, location, different laws, tax policies, etc.). This meeting was absolutely helpful and my intention was to let the information sit and return to John at the end of 2015 when I was planning on seriously shopping around. At the end of July 2014, I happened to see a condo for sale and I asked John if he could show it to me in person, "just to see" I said. I fell in love with it and decided there was no need to wait another 12+ months to move forward. John showed me several other condos exactly in my preferred location and price range, demonstrating that he truly listens to and respects his clients needs. Within two weeks of looking at my first property, I was the proud owner of my first condo/home. John was dedicated throughout the process, easily and quickly accessible by phone and email, and worked diligently to ensure that all of the different pieces that go into making and closing an offer fell neatly into place for me (everything from financing to lawyers). John called on closing day (this past Tuesday, September 30) to congratulate me for picking up my first set of home owner keys. He was, and continues to be, an absolute pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him as a real estate agent. He is honest, genuine and personable. I will strongly recommend him to all of my friends looking to buy or sell in the Brampton, Georgetown, Caledon, Oakville and Milton areas.

John was recommended to us as a result of my husband's relocation to Calgary. As you can imagine, this was a very difficult time for us in so many aspects. Fortunately for us, with John's professionalism, knowledge and experience with relocation moves, we were able to focus on the task of trying to get settled in a new province. John was always available for us and kept us up to date on the entire process as it progressed. John went above and beyond to assist us in anyway needed when our closing date did not coincide with our physical move. Just knowing John would be there when we left helped us tremendously and gave us the peace of mind to concentrate on getting settled in our new home. We can't thank John enough for everything he did to assist us. In a heartbeat John would be the person we recommended to our family, friends and acquaintances for their real estate needs. I wanted to take a few minutes to express our sincere thanks to John Gaio for assisting us with a recent relocation. John certainly proved himself to be very knowledgeable and competent not only in real estate but also in the real estate process and expectations when dealing with a relocation company. He took the time to keep us fully updated every step of the way, anticipated and resolved minor concerns thereby allowing the program to run smooth and hiccup free. A sale was negotiated in just over a month and we now await the sale closing date. We are certain that we have selected the right Realtor to assist us in relocating a family. Thank you John!

John was extremely helpful with selling our house. Our home was placed for sale on Friday and by Monday we pretty much had our house sold! He was able to answer all of our questions, he was available at all times and he provided great service in a very professional manner. He made everything extremely easy for us and stress free. The whole process could not have been done any better. We are extremely happy and grateful for everything John has done.
