Andrew does some things right but many things wrong as well. Great overall marketing as far as the listing goes. Does not establish trust and may withhold important information in order to close a deal at any cost. He can cost his clients greatly by not acting in their best interest, only in the interest of the "deal" or himself. Does not show willingness to work hard and willingness to work with the client. Once you sign the papers, don't expect much service.

Andrew was professional and did as he promised. He sold our house for what we determined it was worth and did it in a timely manner. His commission was very reasonable and we will be recommending him to our family and friends. Thanks, Kevin
