Zero effort. Uses Google street view screenshots as the only photo, with desktop icons overlayed. It’s an embarrassment to the profession and zero value is added.

This guy does zero effort. On multiple occasions his listings in London, ON have one photo and that photo is literally a phone picture of a laptop with google street view on it. Not even a screenshot of street view, a photo of a laptop with street view. It’s a pathetic excuse for a service. Realtors like Joe bring shame to the entire industry.
