Beware of Jina Kim/ Veronica Amador, or whatever she calls herself. Oh where do I start... She is a great speaker, gives all these verbal promises that mean nothing since it's not on paper or signed. Once the house is done closing, all those promises are broken and there is no evidence since she only said it verbally, none are written. Make sure to write EVERYTHING she promises and get it signed by her. Don't trust anything she says unless it is written and signed on paper. Another tactic she uses is since she is a broker she tries to no matter what sell and buy all her listing, it has to do with commission but also has to do with selling houses for ridiculous prices. No matter what, if you are buying from her ONLY buy, probably safer to not sell or list with her. She might some how use that as bait to make you buy from her. Contracts are also a thing you should be careful about, after all these sweet talk she will probably sell the house with No condition. Very bad idea, make sure you do everything since once the house is closed, once again, all promises are a no-no. She does not pick up her phone. Only messages or calls when it is important for her. She never picks up and then once she feels it is urgent, such as us saying we don't want the house anymore, she is very quick to meet you. Don't fall for her sweet talking cause she twists her words and uses almost everything against you. As a real estate agent it is their duty to offer guidance, it's their job to help you but obviously she didn't do her job properly. Anyway there is probably a lot more I could write about my experience but seriously she is dishonest and I wouldn't recommend anyone to her. Never knew why people complained about why they couldn't give no stars, now I know why. This review is as honest can be about my experience, please beware, don't fall for the same trick as me I was stupid enough to fall for it but be better than me.
