We had used Jeff to sell our home because he was highly recommended, but he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He cared more about his commission then helping us sell our home. Once we terminated his agreement, we found a great realtor who sold our home within 30 days! I can't believe that just about anyone can get a real estate licence nowadays. Our suggestions, stay clear from this guy and find yourself a knowledgeable realtor.
