We rented a house from Jason which had been vacant for some time, we cleaned up the property and made it very nice he had a a problem with the last tenant who claimed Jason had cheated them. When we moved out we cleaned everything spotless. He sent us an e-mail that said "I wish all my tenants were like you, the house looks great" When we did not receive our damage deposit back, he took pictures of some beetles and said they were flea's from our dogs?! Then told us he spent $4,800.00 with a pest control company?? Total scam!!!!!!!!
