We just used Jared to sell our home after he was refered to us by some friends as their reator of choice and he did a fantastic job. We look forward to using him again very soon.

Jared was not the first agent we've used but we wish he was. Jared has many different projects going on at all times and we knew this going in. I'll be honest, I thought to myself: "a busy guy like this might have trouble paying 100% attention to our needs". Let me tell you, It was exactly the opposite. Jared always found time to take care of our every request. It truley felt like we were the only concern that he had to deal with. Now previously our other agents were very prompt and curtious, but the ONE thing that Jared did better than the rest was go to bat for us on the buying price of our new home. It wasn't just a "get it done and over with" attitude. He actually got the price down on three seperate occasions. In the past our deals were done and over with in a day. Jared managed to bring our buying price down close to 100 thousand dollars from the original asking price. We also remember noticing several awards in his home office that mentionened his top performances with CIR in the past few years. We don't plan on selling our home anytime soon but when the time comes Jared Kichula WILL be our Realtor. We suggest everyone else do the same. Thanks Jared !

Jared has been a true pleasure to work with. Honest, always followed thru with his promises and never left us waiting. Jared is definitley the most knowledgable realtor that I have ever worked with, I felt totally confident that his suggestions were in our best interest and he was able to sell our home with the plan we had from our first meeting. He gave us a value for our home that was realistic, not an inflated price just to get the listing and we were able to sell quickly and get the best value for our home. We will definitley call Jared the next time we need a professional to sell or purchase a home. Thanks Jared! We really appreciate all of your hard work!

Jared helped me to find the perfect home and was able to negotiate the best deal! He is honest, professional and knows the market in Calgary. He was not out for "The Sale" he actually guided me to make the best decision for me! Sharon
