All he cares about is himself and his business. He takes no care in his tenants and doesn't care about their well being. I will NEVER stay in his buildings even if it means I have to be homeless. I have been spreading the word, and hopefully his reputation will be known.

Un-happy customer
Excellent with buying and trading, but very unreliable and dis-honest. Issam favors his business over customers, and it shows.
