I have known Ilana since 2009. Ilana was my agent for the rental unit for the first 4 years and she helped me buying a condo two years ago. She was always available to talk about any issues with the rental unit or a condo. Sometimes she responded to my emails during her vacation. Ilana helped me greatly giving me the ideas of what I should purchase and finding the one I really liked. In my case, after going through different properties for sale, we found the ideal condo, however, the price was too far out of my price range. Ilana suggested me to wait. Ilana Popov has been our real estate agent since our famiy landed in Canada in 2005. It's usually a big challenge and a puzzle for new arrivals to find a perfect fit for the family to live in. We couldn't wish for better agent!!! Ilana Popov was recommended by our friends who also used her services, while selling their home. We were nervious, as it was our first time buyer's experience. Ilana met us in her office. She was very friendly and attentive, considering our wishes and criteria's. Right away we felt safe, knowing we were in a "good hands". Ilana Popov is experienced, professional and honest Realtor. She is not "pushy" at all, but when we saw the house we liked she helped us to make right decision.
