waiting to sell
wish he was still in business since he closed down none of the lazy realtors in Princeton do any advertsing, and the best they could do is copy what Heinz did, to bad he could not take the unethical nature of his competitiors anymore.

helped us find our dream
Heinz had the patience and was extremely kind, always thnking about what was best for us, I sure miss his character and charm, those other deadheads did not hold a candle to this gentleman.
