My wife and I just bought and sold our house with Noni and what an absolute treat to work with her. She was patient with us as we nixed more than 40 homes before finding us our perfect home (we are a little particular). She is a gem and I recommend her to anyone who wants a quality agent that gives you her honest opinion.

Had to do the work ourselves to find listings. Didn't respond to our requests on listings we'd found. Always too busy to help us. Didn't know the market and the up and coming neighbourhoods in Toronto. Disuaded us from good deals. Didn't negotiate a good deal for us (ended up paying full value of house in a buyers market). Promised us to remove several junk appliances in order to close the deal and then we never saw her again. We had to pay to have appliances removed ourselves. The kicker was when we received a request from her to refer our friends a year later - yeah right! Never in a million years, Noni.
