I bought some property from him 15 years ago.The property I bought from him had major leaks in the roof.The foundation of the of house had a major crack in the back basement..When I try to get a hold of him in regards to this,he was very rude and he used some very colorful language that we found very offensive..Thanks to him we had to spend another 100,000 Dollars to fix this property..I would not recommend him to anyone when it comes to buying anything from..

His attitude sucked.Very rude and uncaring towards other people.Fails to notify of damages done in the past to the property.
