Glenn sold our bungalow in April of 2011. We had multiple offers above the asking price. As a result of Glenn's working the phone for three hours on the evening of the closing date we received 30 thousand dollars more foer our house than we asked for. It was an unprecedented sale considering the area and amenities of the house. Glenn could sell fridges to Eskimos. He's great.
