I bought a condo with Jill's help in Alta Vista II . I was particularly interested in this area and another agent had told me that "these units rarely come to market and none are available right now". Jill knew her inventory and the very next day when I asked (unlike the other agent), about AV II she said that one had come to market a couple of days earlier!! Short story, by the end of the day I had my condo!! Jill is knowledgeable. A great negoiator and closer on deals. I would definitely as for her assistance in my next purchase.
