We dealt with Gib when he worked as part of a new development. It was very clear that he worked for the developer, and not for us. It was overall a bad experience, and we've heard the same from our neighbours. Once the offer was in to him, he pretty much disappeared, and never came through on any of the things he mentioned throughout the buying process.
