My wife and I live several hours away from town and had to sell our house in toronto. We had made appointments with 4 agents; 2 were unsatisfactory, the 3rd only returned our calls several days later, but Mr. Tadman met us on short notice with an indepth market evaluation of real estate in our area. he conducted with us an inspection of our property to assess weaknes and strengths in preparation of selling. he also found 2 very competent and efficient contractors and we together with the contractors were able to complete necessary renovations within 10 days. Mr. Tadman went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a reasonable market sale for this property. we successfully sold our property within 7 days of listing in a slow market. we will highly recommend Mr. Tadman to any potential client as an agent.

It is rare to find an agent that truly cares about his clients. And this is Gerry. I have been absolutely Blown Away with what he has done for me. He has always been very professional,knowledgeable, always on time, always kept me informed and went way above and beyond any expectations I had about a realtor. I bought my first house off of him 7 yeasts ago and when it came time to sell, there was no question as to whom I would choose. Gerry got my house sold in less than a week. He took me to see 86 properties before I found the right one. He was so patient with me and always had a very positive attitude.
