I did most of the work preparing the contract and finding the property. He over promised and under delivered - said he'd credit us half the buyers agent commission he'd receive. We called him on it and he essentially blew us off. He lied to us. I wouldn't recommend him at all. People this untrustworthy don't belong in the Real Estate industry. We escalated this matter to the head of his brokerage but I guess we weren't important enough.

Fred Kassam is unreliable, should not be trusted, clueless, very unprofessional in every regard and has no ability to perform
