After finally finding a home that was suitable, we submitted an offer which Frank put together. After the offer was finally accepted we noticed frank left out a few important clauses. Which he then tried to have them added in later which we later found out was not possible. It was really one problem after another. Frank was not a very trustworthy person to work with. The most difficult part was communicating with him. It was very stressful and completely inefficient. He doesnt even have an email address!!! BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
