Faisal did the bare minimum job when he was retained to sell my condo. He wasn't interested in staging it, didn't have much of a pricing strategy, and I heard he failed to return calls from some prospects. He was pleasant, but not nice. And, he didn't seem to be interested in me or my family. In the end, he didn't sell our home. We took it off the market, let him go, and we hired Dave Elfassy, who did everything Faisal would not. We sold our home within two weeks of listing, with a sale at higher than asking.
