Eva is a really thoughtful and diligent realtor. She went above and beyond to help us sell our house. She restyled and staged our house to make it look better, and she also did an outstanding job promoting our house and attracting several prospective buyers. Overall it was a really great experience and Eva helped us through what was otherwise a pretty hectic time.

This review is long overdue, basically Eva is amazing. What realtor takes the time to actually help you paint walls, so the house looks better on mls?! I can't say enough! She brought in two cars full of staging furniture & decor and rearranged my entire house before taking the most amazing pictures. She also does the pictures herself, so you're saving on having to hire a photographer! Needless to say, there were 3 offers on my house, and we got $25,000 more than the EXACT same house that sold 5 days earlier! We'll be working with her again when we're ready to upgrade and I've already referred my colleague (whom she helped purchase a condo). Oh and on top of all the manual work she did inside the house, she gave us a commission discount JUST for liking us! We highly recommend Eva, you're not going to find another realtor who is so down to earth and hardworking and get's the job done!

Eva went far and beyond what I expected. She treated us as if we were family, we appreciated her honesty. We would most definitely recommend her to friends.
