I sold my home with Eriks and was wowed by his professionalism from the day I met him. He provided a comprehensive and detailed comparison of homes in my neighborhood. He personally staged the home and listed well above the comparable price range. I had lots of viewings and sold well above the asking price - which allowed me and my husband to purchase an even better home through Eriks than what we had planned for. He was also generous in a reduction of the commissions for both homes - which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. He is the best Real Estate Broker I have ever met and I personally recommend him to everyone I meet who is looking for an excellent agent.

THE BEST REAL ESTATE BROKER I HAVE EVER MET. Very knowledgeable & PROFESSIONAL. Eriks came highly recommended to us & was patient with my wife and I when we were looking for our first home. He highlighted the good and bad points of each home we looked at ... carefully guiding us through the entire process ensuring we did not make a bad decision. I am a single mother of two and have been blessed to have had Eriks referred to me by friends who have also used his services. Eriks is the best agent you will ever have in providing Real Estate Services. I have used him for four transactions - sale and purchase of my home, plus the purchase of 2 investment condos. For the sale of my home he explained in detail how to maximize a sale price and how he was going to market the home. He personally staged the home for me - he is trained for this - then have a virtual tour prepared (it was perfect). The home sold in less than a month at 9% above comparable homes. On my new home purchase we looked at over 50 homes - 2 which I nearly purchsed but he explained the negatives about those two. The home I did purchase was the right decision and he negotiated the price completely in my favor. For the investment condos I was amazed at how he explained how to find the right condos which will generate a positive cash flow quickly and which buildings will retain a tenant for a longer period of time ... resulting in lower carrying costs for me. When purchasing the condos I had major misconceptions on what to purchase. He provided me with a detailed spreadsheet illustrating several potential condo purchase options and the various scenarios - carrying costs, income, tenant movement, etc. Had he not explained this with a spreadsheet I would not have understood the possible impacts of the wrong purchase. In both cases I put down 25% and was in a positive cash flow immediately. Thank you Eriks .... I'll be using you again and refer you to all my friends and co-workers.
