Absolutely - waste of a time kind of a person/ Find yourself another realtor. He is hungry for money.... Will talk to you to the moon to sell you a home and doesn't stand on his words. When you confront him - he is full of an ego and thinks he has brought you a moon. Not professional at all and infact pushes the button when it comes to a ethical person. Save yourself and find yourself a better agent.
