If there was zero I would have given zero for honesty.Elizabeth Degroot I found her to be dishonest and charged me 6 per cent for her and 6 percent for the buyers realtor totally $18,000 dollars.It was under 250,000 thousand. When I went for closing the deal is when I noticed how sneaky the binding selling contract was and I cannot work due to disability and she knew that as well. Totally took advantage of my vulnerability since I had lost someone close. I would never hire her even free that is not integrity or honesty do not care about her friendly smile.
