Edwin Brdlik is an unreliable, untrustworthy and dishonest agent. He withholds and mis-informs information by not communicating in a timely and accurate manner. Often does not care about the transaction once the offer is signed. Does not take care of the client or the deal at closing date. The only time the deal matters is when it is time for him to collect his commission cheque. Other than that, he is no where to be seen / heard. DO NOT sell or buy any real estate with Edwin Brdlik.

Edwin was great. The consumate professional. Unparallelled information on the Toronto loft market. I was very impressed with lawyer he introduced me to that happen to be the former president of the Toronto Condo Lawyers Association and mortgage broker. I was a stressed first time buyer and Edwin made it all seamless with great follow-up at every stage.

Really don't know when the previous comments were posted but...Edwin could not be the same person as described by the first commenter. Unfortunately, when someone writes a harsh comment like that, we need to hear both sides of the story. Our experience so far with Edwin can only be describe as very professional. Yet, he's lay back, soft spoken, very knowledgeable and honest with us on details and expectations. Thus, the second commenter was more reliable in her opinion dealing with Edwin. Perhaps, greed may be in play with the first comment. Sometime, the real estate industry can be questionable due to greed on multiple sides of the fence, the vendor's unrealistic expectations, the purchaser's less than truthfull ability to afford the home and agents greed. Thus, leaving both agents involved to hold the bag of blames.
