i was so not impressed, he had no idea on the market or it seems the process, unless it is so straight forward you could do it yourself and get a deduction with !% or with the selling agent. also do not expect a decent gift - after doing so much ourselves he ended up making a donation, which would not have been so bad if we had at least got the tax benefit but of course he got the benefit of!!!
