a recent seller
I have sold my house recently and I can promise I would never deal with eddy gervais again. He is working for remax in blainville.He told us that the contrat would be a semi exclusif ( meening I would be allowed to sell on my part but he would fill the paper and would get a commision). I sold my house to a couple and when they came to sign the paper he said the contrat was a closed exclusif and we were not allowed to sell ourself. This way he gets more commision and we get less for the house since we have to pay full commison. Again:do not truss what he says and what comes from his a** is preaty the same.
