Dwight Entner committed unprofessional and unethical actions by recklessly submitting several fraudulent appraisal reports to major lending institutions in Alberta, even though he had been in the business for nearly 35 years. Because of that reckless action, he no practices as an appraiser. He packed up his RV and moved to the Kelowna/Westbank, BC area in order to obtain a real estate license. His character speaks for itself by various illegal actions he has committed and afterward displayed no remorse for his actions. Therefore, if you choose to do business with this individual, please be very careful.
