We found a need to accept a job transfer to Calgary. Our home in Etobicoke had be sold ASAP. Our neighbour suggested we contact DorisAnn Masnyk, who had acted on a sale of their friends home nearby. We did. She met us the next day, we agreed on an expected selling price and she went to work. An agent's open house, a public open house, newspaper exposure...the whole nine yards. A pleasure to work with Doris Ann. She did her homework when we needed to sell our home. Her suggested selling price was fair and we considered it most reasonable. Due in a large part to her diligence, we sold in less than a week...at 104% of the listed price. Given we were down-sizing, thus needed a codominium type of residence, Doris Ann guided us through various prospective properties until we found the right one. We were never rushed...until we were ready. Well done! We recommend her services most highly.
