Unhappy Seller
Diane is a good marketer; however, appears to check out once the deal becomes eminent. Most of my negative rating is due to her going on vacation during the closing date - and without telling me directly about it (found out via assistant). I could understand some made up story about a long time scheduled vacation had she brought it up directly - acts like that demonstrated her true nature with respect to her commitment to excellent client service (that she was compensated very nicely).
