People that used his "service"
We're pretty sure he negotiated with the sellers of our (now) house to get us to offer full price. He said there were multiples despite the house being on the market for 6 months.... Reliability in question for sure. Beware. Lots of promises during the pitch for his Service but no work after that at all. None. Be warned

No gift after using him to buy and sell our houses...no promotion...no clients as he promised.... .nice guy but definately do not reccomend
