Before contacting/contracting Darryl, we had no real success with a previous agent who was indolent, incorrigible, lethargic, demeaning and unindustrious. Darryl was the solution to this potential - disaster. He is the best real estate agent we have ever encountered (and we know many). He knows homes, town-houses, condos ... inside out. He is not a pretender/posturer but knows in minute detail about everything he sells from the basics to the legalities surrounding all real estate. He is qualified and experienced - not a quasi-part timer working for themselves. He was perfectly helpful and skillful on the buy and the sell, conducting himself with a professional, courteous and friendly deportment. No request or question was too difficult for him ... from the sale, to the buy, to legal representation and contracting . He gets the job done cheerfully. Very Highly recommended AAA+++
