I regret ever meeting this agent. Its like the saying goes, how can you tell if a Realtor is lying... his lips are moving. I felt I was buying a used car, not a property.

lack of knowledge of writing contracts and of county regulations cost us more than 2 years of legal battles. Unprofessional demeanour and withholding information made dealing with this agent very difficult. Do not recommend.

Firstly, I am the administrator, compliance officer, and commissioner of oaths for Homes & Gardens Real Estate, when the owner is not in the office I manage on my own. I'm writing to set the record straight: all paperwork that crosses my desk is complete or it is sent back to be done properly, after my review the broker then reviews the file I have created from the agent. Darren's paperwork is very good, if he has a question he asks and it's done right. He's almost nervous at times because he wants the best possible outcome for his client. These other reviews on here are unprofessional, especially the one from another realtor - that shows how professional you are or I should say aren't. Regardless, if Darren wasn't a good realtor, he wouldn't be with Homes & Gardens, there is a reason we are the largest independent brokerage in Edmonton and 6th out of over 1,000 within Alberta. We care about people, as do our realtors. The comments on here really bothered Darren, so much so I had to take a look. All I had to say was that I know him, and I know his paperwork, so I know bullshit when I read it. Darren is great at what he does. That is all.
