Do not use this Realtor. Engaged in conflict of interest by doing a renovation on my property, the work was substandard, there were weeks of delays after delays, excuses after excuses, went double the budget I authorized, tried to have me wait on a buyer who had no funding, put a lein on the property when I refused to pay for the over budget and substandard work and then waited until I was closing on another home to call and tell us about the lein. In the end my friend had to help him finish the renovation and he bought the property and double ended the commission. Highly unethical. Avoid Mr. McNaught. His own cousin recommended him to me and has encouraged me to write this review and formal complaint when he learned of what happened.
