The sale of my house has become an absolute nightmare. I regret the day I met Mr. NOLIN who owns 3 % Realty Solutions in Brandon MB. I signed for a three week listing after hearing big promises from Mr. Nolin. He did not follow through with his promises ... -no open house 》 promised two -no sales Blitz .. did nothing other than slap an ad on MLS using my own ad from ebrandon -told us he was the agent but he disappeared the second I signed and he left his new assistant in charge -both Mr. Nolin and then his assistant left town on emergencies and Noone was left in charge so I had to put myself as the contact even though I had a realtor (This was in week two) -we were told there would be open and frequent communication and updates but there was little to no communication If we tried to ask about follow through on promises or anything else we were ignored and if we persisted we were verbally assaulted ... this man has a bad temper and does not like to be questioned -agreed on a selling price and then told to lower it immediately after signing because my house was "dated" ... "people don't like the yard" etc etc etc -I asked to cancel the listing which was not supposed to be a problem but it was. Mr. Nolin was angry and tried to give me the wrong cancellation form -I told Mr. Nolin that I was disabled and he promised to treat me well .. that did not happen at all .. my 87 year old mom and I were mistreated In the end I sold my house after I ended the listing AND did the waiting period. Mr. Nolin tried to get commission on MY sale. The sale ended. There is much more to this story but to sum it up ... I went public with what this man did and he tried to sue me to silence me. This is not defamation because it is the absolute truth. I am telling the story to prevent others from going through the same thing as its been very stressful.

NOTE: Dale Nolin has started his own company in Brandon called 3% Realty Solutions They work out Of the old Public Library Building on Rosser Ave. This man hounded me to sign with big promises and no follow through. -no open houses 》 promised two -no marketing other than slapping it on MLS with my own words from my ebrandon ad -no feedback on staging or renos -Lousy at returning messages -no" buyer in the wings" as promised -no sakes blitz in June He was very abusive to my mother and I. He was told I was unwell and had family helping ... He told me I was pathetic because of this. I ended the listing in week 2. The final straw was both he and his assistant left town on emergencies and left noone in charge. I waited the time after to ensure I was DONE. I got a buyer from my own ad and did the work including showing them my house. They wanted a home inspection but would not put in an offer or discuss money so I said no. Noone let's strangers do home inspections like that. It's not proper protocol. I didn't know that the buyers were house flippers and used the same Royal Lepage agent Audrey Wilson. I also didn't know Dale Nolin worked at R Lepage up until three months ago. Buyers went to Audrey Audrey knew I was private seller with no agent and that these buyers had already dealt with me Audrey contacts Dale /gets key that he still had They all get into my home when I'm away without my knowledge and when I had said NO! The two agents make up a scam offer and disguise buyer I got tricked I Got out of this but it was a long expensive and stressful fight LEPAGE gave in after a while but Nolin never did He even had to be forced to give the buyers back their deposit P S The manager of Royal Lepage told me they always contact FORMER agents as a professional courtesy but NOT home owners in private sales!!! P.S The local Real Estate Board did nothing to help in all of this
