Beware! Expects a contract signed as a committment to him even if you have never met and have only spent a couple of minutes speaking on the phone or he won't show you any homes.You should never be forced to sign a contract guaranteeing someone thousands of dollars in commission especially when you have never met unless you are comfortable with his/her service. Also, please note that we were "assigned" this agent when one we had contacted wasn't available and he had told the other agent he would show us the homes we requested. We drove 2 1/2 hours only to have this sprung on us when he knew we were 15 minutes from Sarnia. Pretty slick and sneaky and of course we said no and therefore he chose not to show us the homes. We went to his office and complained about this and they were kind enough to assign another agent who was professional and courteous. I am writing this to make sure no one out there gets suckered into this and is stuck with someone they aren't happy with. When and if you choose to sign a contract make sure they are
