Claudette helped me buy a house though I wasn't selling one. She only showed me properties that were good investments, presented the positive and negative aspects of each property, and really went the extra mile to be sure I was happy with what I bought and it fully met my needs. Honestly, I can't answer about her marketing skills or how she keeps a seller informed to comparable properties, but the review won't be accepted unless I mark something. I chose to rate her as excellent as I had in all the other categories.
