After we had put an offer in on the house we didnt hear from him...I had to try to get a hold of him for my last walk through and even on our moving day he didnt call to see if everything went okay or even just say congratulations.. kind of ruined my first time home buying experience. I've never seen such poor service from an "experienced" real estate agent. we've been in our house for over a month now and havent heard from him at all.. guess hes just in it for the money...I will never use him again or recommend him to anybody else.
