I hired Christopher to lease out my Condo. He seemed pretty professional in the beginning, but when I was given an offer by a tenant with poor credit, he was pushy, and even gave out my email to the prospective tenant. Second offer was from tenants who refused to let me do my own credit check. When I refused the offer, Christopher got impatient and when we spoke, he had no problem expressing his displeasure. I felt I was being bullied somewhat. He then told me he was indifferent about dealing with me, and sent me listing cancellation papers, leaving me high and dry in prime leasing season! It was a waste of time for me.
